He's a done deal.  Which is kinda sorta regrettable actually, since he did undo a LOT of useless regulations and fixed a couple of other broken things at the EPA.  Nevertheless, whether any of these "accusations" is true or not, it soundns to me like the man had some sort of mental health problem.  Maybe he was taking a prescription drug that made him go bonkers, we don't really know anything about his personal life in that regard.  That was my first thought, anyway.
