Beer hasn't tasted good for about 30 years now. 40 years ago it tasted wonderful and fresh - and refreshing. Not so now. With all the small-business breweries which have sprung up all over the place a person never knows for sure what you're getting.
Science thinks it's advancing things when they create all this new crap, but then disposing of the "new crap" becomes an even bigger problem than we had to start with. Why the hell can't they just leave things alone? What's wrong with REAL hops?? But, you know, why use the real thing when you can make money creating and selling fake crap.
