Children need to be able to run and play and ride their bikes, etc., and they DON'T need to feel afraid to do it.  But that's the society we have now - fear and intimidation are raising our children, isn't that grand?

It's horrible.

ALL STATES NEED TO PASS THE SAME LEGISLATION AS WHAT UTAH JUST DID.
