The fact remains, nothing was done when it COULD have been done, and now we will have a hard time undoing these sanctuary cities.  Once something like this is done, it's pretty much a done deal.  The idiots all the way from the bottom agencies to the top of the brain chain on the Hill are to blame for the messes up until now, and will still be to blame for all the stuff yet to come.  It will be shocking, I'm afraid.
