Just check out these photos of stranded cattle in blizzard

Well, first off I must say, the nitwit who wrote this article needs to go back to school and find a teacher who might actually be able to help him with his math, so HE can live in the real world.  Cripes.  There is no such thing as a "TRY STATE"!!!!!  Geezalou man - - it's "TRI-STATE" - -  you know, meaning 3 like a triangle?  Holy socks. I could hardly believe my eyeballs when I saw that.  Unreal.

My area of the country is where a LOT of cattle and other animals suffered and died during the blizzard of 2013 called Winter Storm Atlas (the very first ever NAMED winter storm, from what I understand).  It was a doozy.  Where we live we were without power for 6 days but luckily my DH and I have 2 generators which kept the fridge, 2 deep freezers, and the internet going for us.  Wahoo!!

Anyway, check out these photos and the story, and I'll post the video that's supposed to be in the article but didn't show up, farther down the line here because a friend forwarded it to me earlier today.
