The wolves of Yellowstone - how they changed the rivers

This is really fascinating to see.  We've (my DH and I) experieced it firsthand. Since we don't live very far from Yellowstone, we get there often to visit and we've actually seen these changes taking place.

I think I've posted this one about the massive elk herd in Montana before, but they are headed for the Montana side of the Yellowstone.  Can you just imagine the damage a herd that size could do to a green valley, in just one day?  They really need to be thinned and if the wolves don't do it, then the Park Service Officials have to step in.  They can graze away in one day what it takes a whole year to grow - - not good for Ma Nature!

This is quite something to see, though.  Glad someone was there with a camera!
