What a great way to get kids to top up their Vitamin C.  It would even work for me, I think, since my body doesn't tolerate most forms of Vitamin C, so I've been using the spray (but it gets very expensive very fast).

I have everything on hand except the coconut cream.  Going to the food co-op this afternoon to shop, so will see if they have any left.  This is the time of year when we need to start loading kids up on extra C, so if a lot of mom's have this recipe, I may have trouble finding what I need without ordering online.  Arg!
