Does anyone know what to do with artichokes?!! Whenever I'm at the grocery store (my food co-op) I look at these things with something akin to wonder because I have not one clue what to do with them. They look as if they'd be hard to do anything with because it's just a bunch of "leaves" like those of a rubber tree plant. I figure they probably taste about the same!
Anyone? Recipes to share? Methods of cooking these things?
