    WHY is it that no one seems to understand?

    EVERYONE COMING ACROSS THE BORDER IS, in my honest opinion, A "GOTAWAY".  NONE of those people have proper paperwork, it's all forged and faked paperwork anyone with only 1/2 a brain knows that.  WHY are we continuing to pay border personnel if they haven't got the power to do anything?  It's just ludicrous because we have a bozo in the White House.
