His whole border plan is literally DOWN THE DRAIN.
There is no humor in this, either. Most of what biden thinks is really funny has nothing to do with humor.
He is helping people to get killed by making promises to them. He wants more voters and A LOT OF THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO INTENTION OF VOTING FOR HIM. They're not blind, they can see what goes on here. Some of them have told reporters they were better off in their home countries, and a few are actually turning back. When he heard that news ol joe's face was a glorious sight! Talk about surprise!!!
