This was a planned set-up if you ask me.  No judge in their right mind should ever put themselves into a position like this judge did.  But you really have to read it to believe it, unless you were following the proceedings on tv. I wasn't so I watched a rerun on youtube,  This judge needs to be kicked in the ass and then in the teeth, and then shoved around a little bit.  A buckshot gun wouldn't hurt, either.  Obviously this is where we get the phrase ABOVE THE LAW and all judges seem to think that's where they roost.  FARRRR above.
